This unique experience begins by visiting a wet market, just like most locals do, to check out the fresh ingredients for cooking. After that proceed to the cooking school located in Tropical Spice Garden – the only one in this region and planted with over 500 species of tropical spice plants and trees. Tour the garden before the cooking demonstration will be conducted by award-winning chef, in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view of Teluk Bahang Bay. Dishes of the day varies from Nyonya, Malay, Indian and Street Food, all of Malaysian origin or influence. Enjoy the food you helped cooked afterwards.
